I just got back from an Asia trip which included 3 nights in China. We used Lily for 3 tours (2 in Beijing and a day trip to Xi’an from Beijing) and they did a great job!! They were very responsive to emails and did a wonderful job of working around our schedule and fitting in everything we wanted to see.
We had Rebecca for our Beijing tours and she was wonderful; very friendly, accommodating and spoke very good english.
We had Jackie for our Xi’an tour and he was wonderful as well! He was waiting right outside security with a name sign. He was also very friendly, accommodating, spoke very good English and also went out of his way to try and help with an airline issue we were having with China Eastern for our return flight.
I would highly recommend this group for your tours!
If I have anything constructive to make it better it would be the ability to use credit cards when booking or no extra charge for PayPal since it can be unnerving carrying that much cash around China to pay for the tours.
