At 9:00, your guide will meet you at your hotel and you will set-off for this amazing cooking class.
You will head for a local wet market first. You will encounter many local people coming here for vegetables, and it's common to see some vigorous bargaining.
After the wet market visiting, you will go to a private courtyard and begin the cooking magic. Under the guidance of a professional chef, you will do the chopping, cutting, frying, and other cooking styles you may never have tried. You will get to make the authentic Biang Biang Noodles that you may have previously tasted. Making noodles is quite simple; you only need to make thin strips out of the flour dough and boil them, it’s done! The trick lies in the sauce or soup. With the explanation of your guide, the chef will show you how to make plain noodles delicious. Afterwards, you will be proud to enjoy what you made. This is a genuinely homemade lunch! After lunch, you will be offered with some seasonal fruit as dessert.
13:00-16:00: You will leave for the other highlight of this trip, visiting the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Your tour guide will take you through all essential figures, horses, and weapons. By examining the terracotta figures discovered here, you can imagine what the Qin soldiers looked like 2000 years ago. From the horse cart and weapons displayed, you will have an idea of how these soldiers used to fight. If you look closely enough, you will discover that each figure has different facial expressions, which is astonishing, considering how many figures there are. Then, you will appreciate how great this work is and why the Terracotta Warriors Museum is regarded as the Eighth Wonder in the world.
17:00: You will be transferred back to the hotel, and your day tour ends here.
