Lily's Private Tours was recommended to me by another travel agent. It was a very positive experience to visit the sites in Xi'an with Michael as a guide. He helped me see so many details that I would have missed plus he took me to some great local restaurants with local dishes including the famous pita bread soup in the Muslim Quarter. He made the whole trip so interesting and gave great details at the Shaanxi Museum. The weather was cold, but we had a great time! Also, the driver of the van was excellent. They have my high recommendations. I followed the Lonely Planet book's suggested itinerary for 2 days, and they knew where all the places are located, and they checked the sites beforehand.
